The hotel advertised parking, BUT upon arrival, I discovered it was full. No reservations were possible. This was quite inconvenient as i had to find street parking. the breakfast had many options, yet the quality was disappointing.

the room was spacious and it was nice. the location was a dream, close to everything, i was so happy. the staff always smiled, it reminded me of a sweet dream.
the mattress felt too soft, it wasn't firm for my back. i wished there was more variety in the breakfast. the noise from outside made it hard to sleep sometimes.

I found this hotel clean. Breakfast and dinner had a wide range of options to choose from. The pool area was very well maintained. Staff members seemed consistently helpful and friendly, contributing positively to the stay.
Soundproofing in my room proved minimal, hearing some noise from adjacent rooms.

the staff seemed very helpful. it provided good food and drink at the bar near the pool. i found the location perfect and it was very clean. this hotel, i will be staying here again.
the room doors did not lock and we did not get any privacy between bedrooms, i told them the first day but it was never fixed.

the room was clean and spacious enough.
The staff at the outdoor bar were not pleasant. They started collecting things from the table before the singer even finished her set. i felt this was very rude. this hotel is stuck in the past. we had to pay cash deposit for a towel at the pool. the price could not be added to the room.

Adequate Stay with Some Downsides

The air conditioning was off. I had to leave the balcony door open for cool air. This resulted in noise from nearby clubs. I couldn't sleep well near the pool and the back of the hotel had street noise. Mercedes and Julia provided two fans. the air conditioning remained off. This did not solve the noise problem.

The rooms were super clean. Daily cleaning ensured a fresh and comfortable environment. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was also very central, with access to local attractions.
I found the sound insulation lacking. Noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable. This sometimes disrupted the otherwise peace all around.
